The Role
Bonham & Brook is seeking a driven and commercially minded Marketing Manager to play a key role in our growing marketing team. This is a hands-on position that will support the continued development of our marketing function, helping to drive brand visibility, lead generation, and wider business growth.
Following a recent rebrand, the Marketing Manager will support Bonham & Brook’s ambition to strengthen its market position as a specialist consultancy recognised for its expertise across compliance, innovation advisory, property, and energy solutions.
Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for translating strategy into high-impact campaigns across digital channels, content, CRM, and industry events. The Marketing Manager will take ownership of campaign delivery, content creation, supplier and agency relationships, and campaign performance reporting against KPI’s.
The role also includes line management of a Marketing Coordinator, helping to ensure marketing activity is delivered efficiently, consistently, and in line with the firm’s brand, audience, and commercial priorities.
This role would suit a marketer with 3 to 5 years’ experience, ideally gained within professional services, consultancy, or a B2B environment, with strong capability across campaign management, digital marketing, and event delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign and Marketing Execution
Support the Senior Marketing Manager in implementing the wider marketing strategy
Plan and deliver multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital channels, content, email marketing, and events
Coordinate campaign timelines and ensure marketing initiatives are delivered on schedule and to a high standard
Manage external suppliers and agencies, including PR and creative partners
Ensure all marketing activity aligns with the firm’s brand positioning and commercial priorities
Event Management
Lead the planning and execution of industry events, webinars, roundtables, and conferences
Manage event logistics including promotion, speaker coordination, registrations, attendee communications, and follow-up campaigns
Work with internal experts to develop event themes, supporting materials, and presentations
Measure event performance and contribution to lead generation and wider business development activity
Digital Marketing and Content
Work with subject matter experts to translate complex tax and advisory topics into clear, engaging, and commercially relevant marketing content
Responsible for the creation and distribution of marketing content, including thought leadership, case studies, newsletters, social media, landing pages, guides, and other campaign collateral
Manage website updates through the CMS to support SEO, brand consistency, and lead generation
Execute and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and Meta
Marketing Automation and CRM
Manage campaigns within HubSpot, including email marketing, automation workflows, segmentation, and reporting
Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements based on insight and data
Support lead nurturing and lead scoring initiatives to improve marketing-qualified lead generation
Team and Project Management
Line manage the Marketing Coordinator, delegating work and supporting development
Oversee marketing workflows and project timelines across multiple activities
Manage projects by coordinating work across internal teams, agencies, and suppliers
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with Sales and Consultants to support business development initiatives
Collaborate with Partnerships to strengthen referral engagement and joint campaigns
Support the creation of marketing materials for proposals, presentations, and sales enablement
Build effective relationships across the business to ensure marketing remains commercially relevant and joined up
Performance and Reporting
Monitor campaign performance across digital channels, CRM activity, and events
Track key metrics including lead generation, engagement, conversion, and ROI
Provide regular insights, updates, and recommendations to the Senior Marketing Manager
Skills and Experience Required
Educations
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is desirable but not essential
Experience
3-5 years' experience in a marketing role, ideally within professional services, consultancy, financial services, or a B2B environment
Proven experience delivering multi-channel marketing campaigns
Strong experience in event marketing and event management
Additional Preferred Experience
Experience in tax, finance, consultancy, or another professional services firm
Knowledge of SEO best practice and experience contributing to SEO strategy
Experience managing junior marketing staff
Experience with client retention campaigns and measuring metrics such as CLV and CAC
Familiarity with B2B lead generation and account-based marketing
Skills
Excellent content creation skills, including experience across newsletters, landing pages, social media content, guide PDFs, and other multimedia or campaign assets
Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to work with senior stakeholders and translate technical topics into clear marketing messaging
Ability to collaborate effectively across marketing, sales, partnerships, leadership, and wider business teams
Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
Technical Knowledge and Tools
Hubspot CRM and marketing automation
CMS website management
Paid advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads
Marketing analytics and campaign reporting tools
Canva and Adobe Suite
Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com or equivalent
